Robert Gaber Scholarship Award

The Kelsey Kindred Award in Memory of Robert F. Gaber (our past Genealogist) is offered to any Kelsey Kindred Member's Child who is a High School Senior, planning on entering higher education and who submits an entry of at least 500 words on the topic of 'Genealogy'.

The deadline for the submission of the essay is August 1st, prior to the September start of their senior school year.  The essay should be sent to the Membership Secretary, Mrs. Suzanne K. Hall, 244 Mountain Rd., N. Granby, CT 06060.

This year the Kelsey Kindred will be offering two scholarships prizes. The first place award of $500.00 and a second place of $250.00. They will be presented to the recepient during our Annual Business Meeting, if present at our meeting; and, if not present at the meeting, their name will be announced to our members and the award will be sent to them.
